Air Force Friends

Being in the Air Force means that we move away from friends and our friends move away from us.  It's always a bonus when you get to see friends again, either when you meet up again at a later move, or if you drop by when driving through on vacation. 

Tonight was one such night.  Our good friends are driving from Florida to California with a few spots in between, and I was so happy that San Antonio was one of their stops.  A bunch of us met up at Rudy's BBQ where they have a great back room that the kids could run around in without causing too much trouble while the moms and dads got to chat and catch up. 

We should be finding out in a few months where we will be moving next, and we'll be going by the end of the year.  It looks to be either Tucson or back to Nebraska and we're rooting for Tucson.
